Boscombe Pier Original Painting 50 x 70

Size Guide

Richard was inspired by the modernist 1950's architecture of Boscombe Pier and decided to paint it in a graphical, simplistic style. The pier, like most piers, was partially demolished during World War II to combat the threat of invasion. During the revitalisation of the British Seaside in the post-war years the borough architect John Burton designed the entrance which was Grade Listed in 2004.

Acrylic on canvas. 50cm x 70cm, varnished and ready to hang, painting wraps around the side/edge of the canvas therefore framing is optional.
